Adult Mental Health

The Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program (IOP, PHP) consists of specialized group therapy led by clinical therapists. The goal of this program is to improve participant’s wellness by building healthy relationships, satisfying daily activity, and improved ability to control their emotions.


The program serves those with  mood and anxiety disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. The program is also accepting those with more severe disorders such as schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder who are stabilized with medication.


The curriculum for this program include group topics including; Setting Goals, Self-Esteem, Developing Healthy Relationships, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Developing Coping Skills and Emotional Regulation, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). These tasks are conducted with the leadership of our expert teams.

Teen Mental Health

Our teen program consists of a specialized group therapy session led by clinical therapists. We improve our client’s well-being by assisting in developing skills for building and maintaining healthy relationships, satisfying daily activities, and overall improving the ability to positively manage their emotional state. With care orientated towards the teenage years, we offer a personalized and customized program designed to help those from early teenage years to new adults (13-18).


The program serves teens with substance abuse and/or mood / anxiety disorders such as Major Depression, Bipolar, Generalized Anxiety, Panic, Obsessive Compulsive and more. While simultaneously accepting those with more severe disorders such as medicated individuals suffering from schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.


The program's curriculum includes group topics such as: Setting Goals, Self-Esteem, Life Skills, Healthy Use of Social Media, Social Skills, Healthy Relationships, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Coping Skills and Emotional Regulation, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). These tasks are conducted with the leadership of our expert teams.


Substance Abuse Program

The Substance Abuse Program consists of specialized group therapy sessions, for teens and adults, led by clinical therapists. Our goal is to improve participant’s well-being by assisting in building healthy relationships, satisfying daily activity, and improving their ability to positively manage their emotional state.


The program serves to focus on adults and teens who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health problems like mood and anxiety disorders such as major depression, anxiety and others.


The curriculum for this program includes group topics such as: Setting Goals, Self-Esteem, Relapse Prevention, Developing Healthy Relationships, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Developing Coping Skills and Emotional Regulation, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).


Trauma

The trauma program consists of specialized group therapy sessions led by clinical therapists. We improve our clients’ well-being by utilizing evidence-based modalities to move beyond the symptoms and resolve underlying issues. We also help with the process of reestablishing safety in their world, providing them effective coping skills, and leading them to a healthier state.


This program serves individuals that have gone through traumatic events that have repercussions, including PTSD. Trauma can come from any situation that overwhelms a person or makes them feel alone and can cause them to behave in new and potentially harmful ways, or adopt unhealthy coping mechanisms. 


The program’s curriculum includes experiential processes such as mindfulness, grounding techniques, art, movement, EMDR, and Biofeedback. It also includes Dialectical, ACT Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.



Eating Disorder Programs

Eating disorders are known to rob an individual of their identity, disempower and destroy one’s self esteem, all while obsessing about food. We work hard to educate our clients about the most current science, teach and help implement essential coping skills, support and validate one’s thoughts and feelings.
